Construction contract preparation specialist
We are expanding our team with the position of Contract Preparation Specialist. Experience in a similar role is welcome, but not required.
What will you be responsible for?
- preparing and compiling tenders and quotations
- selecting subcontractors
- tender and implementation preparation
- creating orders and contracts
- monitoring the economics of construction projects
- supporting the project team during implementation
- providing customer support in all phases of construction
What do we expect from you?
- education in construction (required; civil engineering is an advantage)
- communication skills and proactivity
- independence; experience in a similar position is welcome, not required
- working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- familiarity with budgeting software and AutoCAD (welcome)
- experience in managing project economics (welcome)

Contract manager (construction projects)
Are you communicative, well organised and able to achieve set goals? Do you have experience with delivering construction projects? Then this is the opportunity for you! We are expanding our team with the position of Contract Manager.
What will you be responsible for?
- full responsibility for managing the delivery of construction projects
- cooperation on preparing tenders and selecting subcontractors
- construction logistics in line with the schedule
- budget management and direct influence on the profit of individual projects
- communication with the investor, technical supervision and authorities
- handling any complaints on completed projects
What do we expect from you?
- effort to improve in our field, straightforwardness
- secondary or university education in construction (civil engineering is an advantage)
- proactivity, reliability and thoroughness
- working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- familiarity with construction budgets and drawings
- driving licence category B (active driver)

- salary of CZK 40-60,000 plus profit-based bonuses (we deliver projects lasting from 3 weeks to 6 months)
